The never ending snow showers are now more subdued in the form of light rain. Snow banks are slowing melting, giving way to fresh, new sprigs of herbs. Green buds are appearing on all of the trees and plants along with the vibrant colors of crocuses sprouting out from underneath the icey snow. The river is now flowing again, and continues to rise with the snowmelt.<br><br><b>April\'s Weather:</b><br>The warmer temperatures and new herb growth give hope to those suffering from greencough.
